Shipping, Returns & Privacy
Shipping
- We ship across India. Orders are packed by hand and dispatched within 1–2 working days after payment is confirmed.
- Delivery usually takes 4–7 days depending on your pincode. We share the tracking link on WhatsApp.
- Shipping is free on orders above ₹999. For smaller orders we confirm the delivery charge before you pay.
Payment
- There is no online payment on this website. Once we confirm your order on WhatsApp or email, we share UPI or bank transfer details.
- We never ask for card numbers, OTPs or passwords.
Returns & replacements
- If something arrives damaged, send us an unboxing video on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it.
- As our pieces are fashion jewelry and accessories, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. Earrings and nose pins cannot be exchanged for hygiene reasons.
- Personalised or made-to-order pieces cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.
Caring for your jewelry
- Keep pieces away from perfume, water and sweat, and store them in your Striya box or a zip pouch so stones don’t scratch.
- Wipe gently with a soft dry cloth after wearing. Put jewelry on last, after make-up and perfume.
Privacy
- This website does not ask you to create an account and does not use advertising trackers.
- Your Order List is saved only in your own browser. Nothing is sent to us until you tap “Send order on WhatsApp” or “Order by email”.
- We use your name, address and phone number only to deliver your order and contact you about it. We never sell or share them, apart from giving your address to the courier.
